ABOUT THIS CLASS. Mindful yoga to restore and improve posture. Gentle but effective stretching and strengthening exercises that target the core and spine to bring you back into a healthy and balanced position. Achieve less rounded shoulders, reduced neck and back pain, and overall a healthier and more vibrant body! All levels are welcome.
STRETCHING, MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY. Realignment of all postural meridians. Range of motion and mobility of joints. Flexibility to gain height and length.
STRENGTHENING. Focus on core/pelvic floor, hips/glutes, and spine to support a strong foundation for good posture.
BREATH WORK, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS. Connecting breath and movement for a deeper practice. Each class begins and ends with a moment of meditation and mindfulness.
