Arrival. We encourage everyone to arrive early to unwind and get comfortable in our calming and healing atmosphere. First time client? Please show 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in.
Clean home for everyone. Please remove your shoes, we believe in healthy feet and a clean home.
Cell phones. The more present we are, the more we receive. We believe in taking a time-out from noise and stimulation. Please turn off any mobile devices before you enter our healing space.
Accommodations. We offer complimentary organic herbal teas, infused water, and light snacks. Showers are available and we provide with towels, robes, and slippers.
Cancellation policy. We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all booked appointments. To reserve an appointments we require a credit card on file. Any cancelled or missed appointment will be charged in full. If the client is late to an appointment the appointment will be abbreviated accordingly. At 15 minutes past start time the therapist has the right to reschedule at the full charge of the missed appointment. Thank you for respecting everyone’s time, including your own.
Refunds. All retail, service, and gift card sales are final. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or cash refunds.
Referrals. Thank you for your trust and spreading the word. You and your friend both receive $25 credit!
Payment. We accept cash, check, and all credit cards.
Gratuities. Cash or check.
