Marie Aspling founded Balans in 2010 with the mission to bring focus to postural health. She was born and raised in Sweden and is a resident of Boston since 2004. With years of experience and a background in Biomedical Science and Therapeutic Care, Marie educates on self-care and inspires to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Her graceful and gentle approach has inspired many practitioners to join and together they help clients choose healthier lifestyles.

Over the years Balans Wellness Studio has grown to now become one of Boston’s most exclusive wellness centers. In 2015 Marie expanded her vision and opened balans organic spa with the intention to provide Boston with 100% organic skincare and spa services, to further support clients’ and practitioners’ health and wellbeing.
