Golden superpowder in your Green Smoothie!
After learning more about this wonder spice (and noticing the benefits myself!) I see no reason not to eat it every day.
It’s a natural painkiller, anti-inflammatory and liver detoxifier. It prevents cancers and helps heal damaged skin… just to mention a few of many medical benefits.
How do I use Turmeric?
Simply add to smoothies, sprinkle on salads or mix in a soup or stir-fry. Start small and let your taste buds decide on how much!
Where do I get it?
Any major grocery store will have it. But I love getting all my spices (organic!) online.
